Detox

To facilitate effective detox, it is important to first know what kind of toxins are in the body. In order to identify which toxins are negatively impacting your health, we use lab testing kits. When specific toxins are identified, then we can support the correct specific pathways to eliminate harmful toxins from the body while also supporting other body systems during the detox process. This way, you can do effective detox without feeling terrible. We have specific protocols to support all phases of detox and help identify sources of exposure to get you back to being a clean and non-toxic person again. Instead of just drinking green juice and hoping for the best, we have a custom targeted protocol designed for your specific needs.

Toxic Mold Exposure

Mold exposure can cause serious health problems. Certain types of molds produce chemicals called mycotoxins which have potent detrimental health effects. Some are powerful carcinogens, others cause DNA damage, or cause immune suppression. Mycotoxin testing can explain specific symptoms when mold exposure is suspected. We can design a mold detox program based on lab tests, that can help bring you back your life before mold exposure. For more info, click here

Heavy Metals

Heavy metals, affect many body systems. Sources of exposure typically go unnoticed since they’re in microscopic amounts. Symptoms include numbness or tingling in extremities, abdominal pain, irritability, night sweats, fatigue, brain fog, muscle cramps, and body aches. Heavy metals deplete antioxidants and cause free radial damage. They significantly interfere with enzymes and disrupt a number of processes in the body. Depending on the severity of exposure (or your ability to clear them), they can significantly affect your health. Heavy metal sample test. For research info, click here

Plastics

Microplastics, sand, beach,

Sand, dirt, or microplastics? Microplastics are everywhere. They’re found in nature, in our food supply, as well as our household and workplace environments. They are becoming increasingly abundant. As they break down over time, they become smaller and go un-noticed. We are not looking at tiny fragments or particles like – is that plastic? We just ingest them without knowing. In the ocean they degrade into a fine mist or fog. Some estimates project there will be more plastic by mass than fish in the ocean within our lifetimes. At the beach, or in our kitchens microplastics just blend in. Some sources estimate that the average person ingests a credit card size worth of microplastics each week. In a lifetime, it can accumulate to ingesting the equivalent of an entire recycle or trash bin on wheels.

Chemicals

Water, air, personal care products, household cleaners, building materials, foods, pesticides, herbicides, synthetic materials – there are an overwhelming number of sources in our modern environment that expose use to tens of thousands of chemicals that our body was never intended for. Toxins cause free radical damage and wreck our metabolism. They cause fatigue, weight gain, joint pain, frequent infections, depression, and a variety of health problems. Toxins as a cause of health problems is overlooked our health care system. We have a step by step process of making lifestyle changes to limit your sources of exposure.
