Healthy Weight

Since we are raised from birth, with our standard American diet and lifestyle (that we believe is normal) – we unknowingly participate in practices that are causing us to look like the other 73% of Americans that are overweight. To break out of this, we need to do something different.

The Starting Point

Many people find out how difficult it can be to lose weight once they start actually trying. Sometimes diet and exercise are enough, and it just takes consistency.  However, others may continually struggle – and there may be biochemical reasons for that. These causes often go unnoticed or missed. For those that struggle to maintain a healthy weight, it is important to check for these other things. If you’ve found it difficult to make progress towards your desired weight, it may be time to consider lab testing kits to see what is not working properly.

Knowledge

Starting with the right information is very important. There are many factors that contribute to unhealthy weight. These factors range from sedentary lifestyle, toxins, hormones, insulin resistance, metabolism, nutritional deficiencies, etc. Knowing which ones of these are out of range is difficult without specific testing. Testing kits, however, can identify which of these are out of the normal range. This is the first step in creating a successful program. Correcting these through specifically designed protocols, can bring these factors back within normal levels, so that your body is continually in an optimal state to achieve your healthy weight goals.

Action

Being equipped with the right information is the first step, followed by action. Implementing these practices daily takes time. There can be ups and downs, but eventually, if you are able to form these positive habits, it allows you to complete these proper tasks on autopilot. The most difficult part is the beginning.

Consistency

The last step is consistency. It takes the right knowledge or doing the right things first, followed by the determination to do these things. Finally, it takes the consistency of doing the right things over a very long period of time. It should not be a short term goal, but a way of living. A way of living where you’re doing all the right things. It’s up to you to have the determination and consistency; it’s up to us to help identify problems and provide you with the correct information on what to do.  With this combination, we can work together to help you have the best chance of reaching your goals.
